SkyNet Express Ltd, a wholly Ghanaian owned courier company was incorporated in February 2007 as a Company Limited by Liability and has been in operation since its establishment. The company is duly registered with all the appropriate government agencies including, Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission of Ghana, the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Value Added Tax (VAT) and Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA)

Today, we operate in all 16 regions with over 12 offices nationwide, employing more than 300 logistics professionals dedicated to moving your business forward. Our integrated approach combines cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise to deliver seamless logistics experiences.

From humble beginnings to global logistics leader

2001

Large Domestic Courier Company

In 2001, we grew into one of the nation's largest domestic courier services, expanding our network to cover all major cities. This year marked our first million-parcel milestone and the introduction of our tracking system.

2002

First Nationwide Branch Office

In 2002, we expanded beyond Accra with our first branch office in Kumasi, solidifying our presence as a nationwide service provider. Located in the heart of Ghana's Ashanti Region, this strategic hub allowed us to serve businesses and customers across the middle and northern belts more efficiently, reducing delivery times by 30% in the area.

2007

Official Incorporation

In 2007, we achieved a major milestone by formally incorporating as a limited liability company. This transition strengthened our governance, expanded our operational capacity, and positioned us for strategic partnerships across Ghana. The move also reinforced our commitment to transparency and long-term growth in the logistics sector.

2010

Digital Transformation Initiative

The year 2010 marked our transition to digital operations with the implementation of barcode scanning systems, digital waybill management, and real-time package tracking. Our Kumasi headquarters became the pilot location for these innovations, which were later rolled out nationwide to enhance service reliability and customer visibility.

2021

COVID-19 Health Sector Partnerships

During the height of the pandemic, we partnered with Ghana Health Service and private medical suppliers to deliver vaccines, PPE, and medical equipment nationwide. Our logistics network ensured timely distribution to hospitals and vaccination centers, supporting Ghana's pandemic response efforts while maintaining safety protocols for our staff.
